Carla Chat (she/her) is a 2015 introduced character. Carla is the oldest daughter of Adonis Capet and Melina Chat, the youngest son and the transformed woman (or cat, if you will) from The White Cat by Madame d'Aulnoy. She is currently in hear Yearbook Year at Ever After High.
Despite not knowing her parents personally too well, Carla wishes to uphold her destiny to honor them. Plus, her adopted parents, the Fairies, heavily emphasized destiny all her life and made sure she followed her destiny step for step, no matter. Thus, Carla sides with Royals in destiny conflict.
History[]
Before Ever After[]
Carla Chat was born on June 6th, 1998 to Melina Chat and Adonis Capet, the recently transformed Cat and youngest Prince respectively. As it is with every generation, before Carla was born, her mother has promised her away to the Fairies for their fruit. Melina, truthfully, had no desire to give up her daughter, but it was what destiny called for. So, after the whole dragon terrorizing the Kingdom event, Adonis gave Carla to the fairies.
Growing up, Carla had little knowledge of her parents. She saw herself as the daughter of the Fairies, and never once heard the names of Melina and Adonis. She lived most of her life in a grand tower, along with a pet parrot and a pet dog, just as in the story. It was not until Carla had turned 13 that the fairies told her the truth- she was truly the daughters of a King and Queen, and had a destiny to uphold as the White Cat.

Appearance[]
Carla is, quite noticeably, very pale. Most assume it has to do with the whole "white cat" thing, when it really has to do with "being locked in a tower for 13 years" thing. The white cat thing is reason for her almost pure white hair- a genetic mutation from the first Transformed Woman that's past few the generations. She also has big brown eyes, with a noticeable yellow tint.

Haven spent much of her life in confinement, Carla appreciates her freedom. She hasn't gotten many chances during school, but during the summer, the Fairies have started to let her visit the Kingdoms her friends live in. There's so much world out there that she's never seen, so many places that fascinate her, so she tries to soak it up as much as she can. Carla's quite fond of the Princesses home kingdom of Wisdom and Harry's native Penmark, though she hopes to visit Ja-Peter-Pan

How does Carla come into it?[]
At the end of their story, Carla's parents were married as per usual fashion for these stories. Melina and Adonis set out to rule one of the six kingdom's Melina's father was the king of. Of course, before the actual White Cat story could be told, the fun little mini-story involving a fruit addiction had to happen. So, Melina traveled back to the Fairies Castle where she had lived so many years at, and requested for some fruit in exchange for her firstborn daughter.

Carla didn't really grow up with her destiny, so she didn't have much of an opinion until the fairies informed her of it three years ago. Still, she has grown to love her destiny and hopes to one day be able to reconcile with her parents and meet her destined Prince.

- Birthday - The some of the birthstones for June are pearl and mother of pearls, which are mentioned in The White Cat

- Carla was originally based on Carla from Fairy Tail, though that's not really the direction her character is going in at the moment.
- The powerful qualities in Carla's bio were made by Patches and Cier!
- Her interest in Grimmnastics (gymnastics) is a reference to cats general agile nature and ability to mostly lad on their feet.
