Carmine is generally courteous and polite. He is not a big risk taker, usually basing his decisions off statistics and probability. He is extremely ambitious and hopes to be an inventor, artist, or scientist, something along those lines. He is very mature and intelligent but comes across as pompous and high and mighty. He is often refered to as smart alec, nerd, geek, show off because he unconsciously considers himself smarter than everyone else and flaunts this often. He has good intentions but sometimes his tries to contribute screw up and cause problems more than they fix. He is good natured, loving, trusting, and kind toward his family members, Cascata Ancilotto and Cameo Ancilotto but he is also kind around his friends, though he is not very social. He is logical, observant, intelligent, and cunning (just don't say it around him or he'll get a big head). He isn't very emotional or empathetic but he does have a heart.

Carmine has messy and tousled dark hair, horn rimmed glasses, and dark gray eyes. He is tall and skinny with pale skin.

Carmine enjoys academic activities such as DeMATHalons (yes that's totally a thing) and Chemistry clubs. He enjoys doing art, especially working with clay. He also has a liking for comic books, which he collects.

Taken away from his parents at birth to be with the deer mother that the story requests, Carmine's story started a long time before. Once he is done with school he will leave his deer mother and begin the climax of his story, staying at home until he gets turned to stone and rescued.

Carmine is friends with his two siblings and Dexter Charming and Humphrey Dumpty, with whom he participates in academic activities with. He is also friends with Cedar Wood because they share an interest in art.

Carmine thinks Cedar is pretty but he isn't very interested in relationships, romantics, and gushy emotions.

Carmine wears a canary yellow button down shirt with blue trim, which he often pushes the sleeves up on carelessly. He wears old work jeans that are stained with paint, clay and his latest science project. He wears a bracelet with a heart pendant on it given to him by his mother before he was sent off.

- Carmine means song as in bird song, referring to the bird in his story
