Clarita Robberts is the next Robber Bridegroom in the story of the same name. In the Destiny conflict, she sides with the Royals, which surprises most people who hear of it. Being a cannibal isn't exactly an ideal destiny...
Appearance[]
Clarita is a beautiful girl of about medium height with large green eyes and golden skin, with long dark brown wavy hair and a chrysanthemum over her right ear. Of course, her beauty is often spoiled by the evidence of her bloody dinners dripping down her face. She does have sharper than usual teeth which is why she usually smiles with her mouth closed.
Clarita wears a black elegant dress, with red chrysanthemum's sprinkled over the skirt in a diagonal upward pattern. Again, lovely dress, but again, often spoiled because of the stains. It's hard to get them out of it! She wears a necklace with fake finger charms that look realistic. Her left hand's ring finger is shorter than the rest of her fingers, and her nails are painted black.
Personality[]
Let's get one thing straight right off the bat. Clarita...does not eat people. She never has even tried, and the idea of it kind of makes her sick to her stomach. But she loves to play out that aspect of her, to scare people, to keep up the illusion that she does. She figures everyone's going to think that she is a cannibal, she might as well get a little fun out of it. The stuff on her face and her dress? From tearing into very rare steaks or something of the like with little table manners.
Clarita is actually very ladylike...except when you eat a meal with her. She has manners and she knows how to use them effortlessly. She's polite to everyone, even people she hates. It's just second nature at this point to break out the manners she has been schooled in since she was little. The only time you won't see her act all proper other than at the dinner table, is if you dare badmouth her Abuela...
She tries to pretend things don't bother her. Water off a duck's back you might say. So what if no one wants to hang out with her because they all think she'll eat them? So what if her destiny decrees she actually does eat people before dying? So what if her destiny decrees she'll leave her Abuela alone forever? None of that matters, she doesn't care. She honestly doesn't.
Because Clarita has a reputation as a cannibal that is not well earned at all, she has no friends. Well, hardly any, and those that are her friends only talk to her because they think she is a cannibal, so it's a safe bet that she's lonely. The only person that hugs her on a regular basis is her Abuela and even then the older woman seems guarded, afraid, as if she thinks Clarita will eat her and that makes her feel terrible. But she's not going to let on how touch starved she really is.
Clarita is actually very girly. It's why she wears a pretty dress with a flower over her ear, if it weren't for the stains she'd look just like a princess and that's what she wants to be. She reads fairy tales about princesses all the time and imagines that she is that princess, living in a palace, with handsome princes ready to sweep her off her feet and anything she wants at the ring of a bell. Loved by all, feared by none. That is the kind of life she wants. But it's never going to happen and she often tries to keep from imagining it.
Despite all this, her love of pretty and frilly things and princesses and her manners, Clarita is best described as being rough around the edges. She doesn't know how to interact with anyone, because her only interacts were her Abuela growing up...well that and people running from her when she was in nursery rhyme school just because of her ties to the story, not even because they knew what role she would have. It's why she was homeschooled after that but that did little to make her understand social interactions any better.
There's a stereotype that those who come from robber destinies are the most distrusting and paranoid. Clarita's not sure if that can be said of every robber but it can be said of her. She is terrified of being robbed or deceived, she has triple deadbolts on her dorm room door, it doesn't matter if she does or not. Her roommate does seem to appreciate it so she won't stop. Blondie has tried to get into her dorm without her being there, to see if there was ever any proof of Clarita actually being a cannibal, but she came back before Blondie could do very much snooping.
What can get her really excited is if you show her a dish that she has never had before. It activates her cook mind and she tries to see if she can guess how it was made, but usually people don't let her taste it. So she has a very strong sense of smell and does her best to use the other senses to try and reverse engineer the dish. Of course some people not only let her taste it, they also give her the recipe. But those people are few and far between.

- It was chosen because of the show Santa Clarita Diet, which is about a cannibal
- Robberts is just Roberts, with an extra B like Robber

- The shortened ring finger and the necklace of ring fingers is because that's the key to the bride finding out about the truth

Clarita's grandmother is the old woman who helped the bride escape from the last retelling, and Clarita was chosen to be the next Robber Bridegroom because of her ties to it. She sides as a Royal just because she feels like even if she doesn't, people are going to see her as a cannibal, might as well have fun with that misconception.
Dorm[]
Clarita's dorm is painted black with red paint splatters along the wall. Her bed has a blood red comforter on it and a ring shaped pillow on the bed. She doesn't have a lot of items, just a picture of her and her Abuela posing together in front of Ever After High the first day of school. She doesn't keep any other sentimental items at the school because she's the most paranoid about thievery.

Interests[]
Cooking: She claims she likes to cook so she knows how to make someone taste perfect, but in reality, Clarita just likes to cook. It started because no one ever cooked her meat the right way, either overcooked it or undercooked it, so she learned how to do it herself. Then it escalated into more. Now she can cook pretty much anything after sampling the dish, she'll add her own touch to it but it's still the same. no one other than Abuela wants to eat it though, they all think she's incorporated some...other meat into the hamburger or steak she's whipped up.
