Cap wears a cream-colored off shoulder blouse with short sleeves. Its top is turned over to resemble a collar, colored light blue. Clouds are patterned on the blouse in the same blue. This blouse is tucked into dark gray shorts that fall above his knee. The cuffs of the shorts are black, and are held in place by a strap with a heart-shaped hook. A cream belt is threaded through the belt loops and worn properly, and black and cream reversible suspenders are attached to the shorts.
His socks are black, and cut off below his knee. They're held in place by black garters, which fall just below the knee. Each garter has a heart at each side, leading into the straps that attach to the socks. The hearts mimic both broken hearts and halved apples. His boots are a shiny translucent light blue material, and the laces are black. The sole is made of what seems to be light blue glass. The choker/collar on his neck mimics a broken heart, and is made of the same translucent light blue material. Cap tops the look off with black gloves that have heart cutouts on the back.
