Julieta is of average height, with fair skin, long platinum blonde hair (she is naturally dirty blonde, but she lightens it) and brown eyes. She wears a light blue sundress with a swan pattern and a pink pashmina scarf.
Personality[]
Julieta is a charming, extroverted girl who loves to knit. She is optimistic and has no issues with confidence, and she talks about herself a lot. She can come off as a bit arrogant, but is self-aware of it and wants to work on getting along with others.
Biography[]
Ciao! I'm Julieta Cigno, the daughter of the princess from The Eleven Swans. It's an Argentinian variant of The Six Swans and The Wild Swans, although it's more like the latter. My mother was the daughter of a king and queen, and she had eleven older brothers. One day, her mother died of an illness, and her father remarried. As expected with fairy tale stepmothers, she was evil and she hated her stepchildren. She knew magic, and she used her magical powers to transform her stepsons into swans and to make her stepdaughter ugly. The princess went to find her brothers, who had flown away. She found them by a stream, and they told her that they are swans during the day but at night they regain their human forms. She traveled with her swan brothers, and she later found out that to break the curse, she must weave sleeves out of a magical plant, but remain silent while doing them.
From then on she did not speak and she knitted the sleeves, but one day a prince found her and fell in love with her. He decided to marry her and bring her home. Whenever she ran out of fire, she went to the cemetery to find more. A priest accused her of witchcraft, but the prince defended his wife. One night, the priest caught her in the cemetery, arrested her, and ordered her to be burned. While in prison, she continued to knit. On the day she was due to be burned, her swan brothers rescued her and put their wings through the bars. The princess gave them their sleeves and her brothers became men again. The princess spoke and told her husband her story. The prince apologized, and the two lived happily ever after.
Now that that's all over, my parents can leave in peace. Several years later, the prince's father died and the prince became king. My mom's father and stepmother are still alive too. They have had seven children (three boys and four girls), giving my grandfather a total of nineteen children. My stepgrandmother has mellowed out a bit, but she still doesn't like us. I am the youngest of my parents' seven children and the only girl. I'm blonde like my mom while all but one of my brothers are brunettes like my dad. My mother's eleventh brother, his wife, and their five sons have moved in with us. I have lots of other cousins too. My grandpa always loses track of how many grandchildren he has.
What do I like to do? Well, I love to knit. I am the best knitter in my father's kingdom. I use all sorts of materials: wool, yarn, and even leaves. I spend lots of time knitting, and I've made all sorts of things out of the materials I accumulate. I also spend plenty of time shopping for sewing materials - I love being at the mall. I'm actually quite the talker, though that might seem a little odd, as my destiny says that I have to be quiet until I can free my brothers.
I'm spending my first year at Ever After High, and I already feel like I've been here all my life. I'm quite popular here, and I have a lot of friends. There's lots of things to talk about - there's fashion, parties, arts and crafts, and of course, all the skills I possess. We also learn about our destinies and the various. Turns out there's a lot of stories about princesses with bird brothers. It's interesting to see all the different variants of my story, though of course mine is the best.
You're probably thinking that I sound a bit arrogant due to me talking about myself a lot. I do have trouble with it sometimes - always talking about myself and bragging about my skills. I always feel like I'm the best, though people tell me that you can't always be the best. I really need to learn humility...
I'm going to be looking forward to my destiny. I'm very confident in my story and I think that it's going to go pretty smoothly. But I have lots of goals of my own to. I want to knit for a living and I think that I could make all sorts of great things for myself - and for others. Just because you're a Royal doesn't mean you can't have goals of your own, and it's important to have goals of my own.
