Minna Faurst is a 2015 introduced and all around character. She is the distant relative of the third sister who married Bearskin in Bearskin. She's a Rebel because she would never marry Arktophonos Pellen under any circumstance. Since she is a selective mute, she communicates with people through a MirrorPad, which is something she takes everywhere she goes.

What is Minna like?[]
Minna Faurst isn't one to show people her true nature.
While she won't actually lie about who she is, that doesn't mean you'll get a straight answer out of her either. She peppers her speech with half truths, weaving perceptions about her character for different people to believe in. Therefore, if you were to gather people in a room and ask them about Minna, the answers would be very conflicting.
Only her friends and family are allowed to see the real her. However, some traits are consistent with every personality she puts forth.
Minna never speaks. Ever. It's not like she's mute, as many people assume, but she made a vow of silence and lets the world think that she suffers from selective mutism. However, even if she wanted to break that vow, she no longer remembers how to speak, prompting her to continue her charade for the rest of her life.
It doesn't really hinder her, however. She owns a MirrorPad that allows her to type words that are repeated by an electronic voice that sounds exactly like her old one. Not only that, but she can manipulate how each word comes out, much to her delight.
Most people believe Minna is snobbish. Those people aren't exactly wrong in their beliefs, either. Minna is very judgmental of others and acts standoffish to people she judges as inferior or the people she doesn't like. This does not win her any brownie points, admittedly.
Minna also has a strong moral code. While each crime has different weight to her, she still tries to navigate life without committing crimes she can't condone and shuns those who commit those crimes, much to their detriment.
To teachers, she's a timid, but bright girl who needs to be coaxed out of her shell. According to them, she suffers from anxiety and must be treated delicately. (Minna does not suffer from anxiety, by the way.) Minna cultivates this image for all that it's worth.
But to her family, to her few friends and to whoever goes on a date with her, Minna is quite the sweet, charming individual!
She treats these 'worthy' people (her friends and family) with utter respect and affection, though the latter is expressed more often, it must be said.
