His Grace, Baron Rex Ferrar [he/him] is a 2021-introduced and all-around character. He is the successor to King Ferrandino from Biancabella and the Snake, and currently attends Ever After High in his Classics Year. During the Rebel Movement, he sides with the Neutrals due to advice from court.

Character[]

Personality[]

On the surface, Rex looks like a respectable baron, a respectable duke’s son, a respectable future king. This is mainly because he is the consummate organizer, and wants to bring structure to his surroundings. When he sees a lack of organization, Rex often takes the initiative to establish processes and guidelines, so that everyone knows what's expected of them. Aside from this, Rex is often involved in clubs, associations and societies where he usually takes a leadership role, adding to his perception as a reliable future king.

However, this often becomes very costly very quickly. Because Rex is such a stickler for tradition, he is very inflexible in his beliefs and rigid in his decisions. If there’s a rule book for right and wrong, he follows it to the T, even if sometimes his judgement just doesn’t make sense. But don’t tell that the Rex, because he’ll coldly dismiss you before you can explain your point. Rex is also a very stubborn guy, who doesn’t like to be told that he doesn’t know what he’s doing, because he does. Got it?

Rex is also a very independent person. Constantly plagued by the belief that only he can carry out tasks properly, he shuts himself out from the rest of the world and doesn’t take other people’s ideas into account. This leads him to become very detached from the rest of the world, including his subjects, which leaves a flaw in his leadership abilities. He’s very good at connecting on a surface level, but to put himself in the shoes of someone else is a huge problem to him.

But above all of this, there is a reason that Rex has so many admirers around school. He knows just what to say to make people believe that he’s there for them, that he cares about them, that he understands them. Rex is the master of public speaking and petty white lies, and there’s only a few people that will notice the cracks upon the façade.

Appearance[]

Part of Rex’s charm comes from his classic attractiveness. He is a tall teen of Italian descent, standing at a cool 6'4", with smooth olive skin that has no blemishes. He sports a mullet of fluffy red hair, the same colour as his eyes. He has an Aquiline nose and full lips. His face is almost always contorted into a frown.
