Karitas Amore Delphinium von Venusberg-Hohenzollern (she/her) is the next Frau Venus or Queen of Venusberg from Tannhäuser. Effortlessly cool and ready to party the times away, Karitas is next in line to the throne of Venusberg, and although being ruler of her domain may be exciting, she'd rather party with her subjects, bringing joy and fun to her world, and revel with the poor mortals the cat drags in when they hear of her kingdom.

Karitas is the textbook definition of Vibing. You’d wonder how she gets straight As, keeps up with all the pixie dust and dragonfire experiments, how she has time to be in Dr. Charming’s good graces, and the answer is because she doesn’t worry herself about stuff and just Does It! She’s the type to relax and chill out when writing an essay, because she knows she’s gonna be fine. This gives her the reputation of being lazy and (how does one say this in the softest way) hedonistic, but she knows herself better. This gives her the misfortune of acting rather aloof to it all, thinking with a monocle that’s colored rose; she sees the opportunity in people and assumes they can unlock it themselves, and she just has to be there to facilitate by being the girl with the most serves. Maybe not the best combo, as it leads her to difficult situations that, you know, could’ve been solved by some more proactivity, but she’s managed to make it through life without cursing someone to be a farm animal, so… she’s staying soft and steady, gals.

How does one begin to describe the captivation that is Karitas von Venusberg? No, no, not just the physical, what with her being a child of Venus. She can walk into an empty room and have an arena’s worth of people hanging on to her as she walks out, and it’s not for the beauty. She is charismatic to a T, successful at turning the juice and seeing what comes loose, and a beast at keeping eyes and ears glued onto her every move.

Karitas grew up splitting her time between Venusberg and the Thirteen Heavens, and the one thing Venus's followers and the denizens of the Thirteen Heavens had in common: they knew how to party. She grew up surrounded by a diverse crowd of event producers, nightlife personalities, and entertainers, and when she was old enough went into partying. She prefers to be on the floor getting down with the rest of the patrons, but also likes to be super involved in making the party come to life

Karitas was always interested in how interactions with people worked, and how she noticed people wooing with varying levels of success, and when she learned science in school, she had a special interest in how biology and chemistry interacted with magic and thus, she decided to focus on doing more science in her highschool years.

Karitas is a tall pear shaped girl, with warm golden tan skin and more softer than angular features. Her skin glows with a soft pink highlight that appears prominently on her ears and shoulders. She has long wavy black hair, that she often styles into soft braids or in a half up half down updo, but is also seen dyed in a peach pink. Her ears are slightly pointed but enough so that she looks almost inhuman. Her eyes are a deep brown, and like the rest of her features, are angled upwards softly.

Karitas is the daughter of the current queen of Venusberg; she grew up being raised by her mother and various other deities and beings, specifically those from the Thirteen Heavens.

Amadeus is Karitas' younger brother, and is a musician in a school band. He is destined to be a fairytale prince, and doesn't mind his destiny. She dotes on her little brother constantly, and teases him playfully about his crush on a certain guy in his grade, but cares for him immensely and they trust each other with a lot of things.

Angelito von Finsternis[]
Angelito is her close friend and work colleague. She met him in an orientation party, and kept bumping into him in the parties she ended up going to within Book End. It's a funny story for both of them, as it always ended up in them going to the same fast food restaurant at the end of the night. They soon became quick friends, often tagging along with each other's work events, and when there's parties, you can bet that Angelito and Karitas are always involved one way or another.
Karitas is Angelito's personal gatherer, which means that when Angelito ends up causing enough chaos that would make Lucifer blush, Karitas is there with those baby leashes and a cup of hangover cures.
Concord Bae-Bellini[]
Connie is camp, and Kari absolutely adores camp. Which is why they instantly became fast friends when they first saw each other as roommates in their first year. They bumped heads when they carried their bags into their shared room, and Connie made a joke that had Kari in stitches, and they both knew that they would be very great friends. It's always a funny sight, as in essence it's a tall pink supermodel from the disco era being best friends with a tiny green retro kitsch comedian, but they make it work.

Tsarnai Eljigin[]
She is sort of in a friends with benefits situation with Tsarnai Eljigin, the next Turandot. They have mutual attraction together, but are not actively acting on these feelings. They met in Princessology, having been paired for a group project; they were a bit bristly towards one another but as their classmates could see, there were the beginnings of attraction for each other. They got to be friends, and over time, became closer. Their mutual friends often try to get them together but it always ends in failed shenanigans.

Karitas has a distinct style that reflects the classical era and turns it on its head to be the perfect mix of elegance and ritzy 90s party girl glam. Specifically looks to have pink incorporated in her outfits, and prefers gold to silver. Warm neutrals work best on her so feel free to use sandy beiges and pepper greys as accents. Requests for heart motifs are common for her outfits and pieces, and this extends to hair and makeup (note: Rhinekamme Wigs often makes her extensions and hairpieces).

- She is mixed German-Mexican (specifically Nahua)
- OG concept was, in my own words: "hedonistic nymph from the hanging gardens of Babylon but if Babylon was a nightclub city."
- She has some references to German royalty:
- Her last name is hyphenated with Hohenzollern, which was the German Empire's royal dynasty.
- Her personality is actually loosely referencing King Ludwig II of Bavaria, also known as der Märchenkönig (tr: The Fairytale King). He withdrew from day to day royal duties after Bavaria became part of the German Empire and became more interested in artistic projects (in the process spending all his royal revenue), mirroring Karitas' desire to just have fun, party all day, and not have to worry too much about running her kingdom.
- Fun fact: King Ludwig II actually commissioned the Neuschwanstein Castle (as a retreat and as a tribute to Richard Wagner, who also wrote an opera based on Tannhäuser), which is the basis for Disney's Cinderella castle.
